How Worldwide coverage works
Worldwide publishes what AffiliateAct has established from documented evidence. Research depth varies by jurisdiction. The evidentiary standard does not.
Variable research depth, constant evidentiary standard. Some jurisdictions have deep regulatory research. Others have only documented Program or Tool relations. Others have no published coverage yet.
Not researched ≠ not established ≠ no. A jurisdiction or domain may be unresearched, researched without a positive finding, or established. These are three distinct states and are displayed as such.
No inference. A Program being accessible from a jurisdiction does not establish availability. Membership of a supranational structure does not establish national applicability. Direct evidence and scope resolution are distinguished.
