This describes PartnerStack's documented default tracking mechanism and must not be assumed to apply to every individual partner program.

What It Does

Partner management
PartnerStack provides infrastructure for operating partner programs, including partner recruitment and discovery, onboarding and enablement, partner segmentation and incentives, commission administration, partner payment administration, performance tracking and reporting, and CRM-connected partner workflows.

PartnerStack supplies infrastructure for Client Partner Programs. It does not thereby become the owner or operator of the underlying Client Partner Programs.

Tracking & attribution
PartnerStack provides documented tracking and attribution functionality across referral, signup, conversion and transaction workflows, including referral-link tracking, partner and click identifiers, signup tracking, first-party cookie mechanisms and server-to-server conversion tracking.

These are PartnerStack-level facts. Individual Partner Programs may use different terms or configurations. Program-specific attribution must be established from Program-specific evidence.

Tracking & Attribution

Documented identifiers

ps_xid — click-event identifier

ps_partner_key — partner identifier (documented V2 infrastructure)

Scope: PartnerStack documented default tracking mechanism. This value must not be propagated to any individual Partner Program or AffiliateAct Program. Program-specific attribution requires Program-specific evidence.

Tracking versions

V1 — documented; lifecycle status not established.

V2 — currently documented.

Partially verified

Whether V1 has been discontinued or all Clients have migrated to V2 is not established.

Pricing

Pricing model
Named tiers with quote/demo-determined final pricing.

Final plan and pricing are confirmed through the sales/demo process and depend on factors including program size, feature needs and support level.

Public numerical prices
Not publicly established.
Not publicly established

No numerical PartnerStack subscription price is authorized. No historical or third-party number may fill these fields. No synthetic price range is generated.

Plan structure
PlanDocumented functionalityNumerical public price
Launch Affiliate link tracking OR lead/deal registration; Marketplace access; PartnerStack AI + MCP Connector; Partner Payments; onboarding/training/enablement; CRM integrations. Not publicly established
Growth Adds documented functionality including advanced integration support, Learning Management, challenges and incentives, MDF management/payments and advanced segmentation. Not publicly established
Enterprise Adds documented functionality including full access to link tracking, lead and deal registration, custom workflows and integrations, and additional strategic/support functionality. Not publicly established

The Launch plan documents "affiliate link tracking OR lead/deal registration" as an OR relationship. This logical operator is preserved as documented.

Interfaces

Vendor API
REST API for program-side operations; Basic Authentication; public/private credentials; Test and Production keys.

The existence of the Vendor API does not imply that every PartnerStack capability is available through it.

Partner API
Separate API for partner-side resources and workflows; distinct authentication.

The Partner API and Vendor API are distinct interfaces.

Webhooks
HTTP POST webhooks documented for multiple event families; JSON payloads.

Webhook availability does not imply that every platform event is available through a webhook.

PartnerStackJS
Client-side tracking implementation documented for referral and customer-signup tracking.
Data Import
Documented import for Partners, Customers, Transactions, Commissions, Leads and Deals.

The documented importer is scoped to Company users. Partner Teams and Actions are not supported by the described importer.

Data Export
Documented export of custom-report results.

This establishes scoped export functionality, not unrestricted export of all PartnerStack data.

Evidence & Operational Depth

Level 2 material — lower information priority, same factual authority as Level 1.

Detailed Limits

  • Import — metadata values per transaction: maximum 25.
  • Import — metadata key length: maximum 30 characters.
  • Import — metadata string value length: maximum 100 characters.
  • Export — custom report: 1 export per report every 2 hours.
  • Export — teammate email: 20 exports every 2 hours.

These limits are scoped to the specific importer / export mechanisms. They are not universal Tool limits.

Commission & Payment Governance

PartnerStack supports commission administration and remittance for Client-operated Partner Programs.

  • Partners earn commissions under Client Partner Programs.
  • Clients fund applicable commissions.
  • PartnerStack collects Client-funded amounts.
  • PartnerStack makes collected amounts available under the documented withdrawal process.
  • Remittance depends on documented conditions including Client funding and Partner withdrawal request.

PartnerStack does not thereby determine every Client's commission terms or independently guarantee every partner payment.

Network & Ecosystem

PartnerStack documents both a Network and a Marketplace.

The evidence establishes a close functional relationship between the two but does not establish that they must be represented as the same canonical entity. The distinction is preserved.

The current record contains Tool-side documented integration functionality involving HubSpot, Salesforce, Stripe, Chargebee, Chargify and Recurly. These are documented integration statements. They are not AffiliateAct canonical Relations. No reciprocal integration is inferred.

Terms & Operational Notes

Contractual service-level commitment: 99.50% monthly Platform availability commitment within the SLA scope.

This is a contractual commitment, not a measured historical uptime statistic.

Current governing documentation establishes material user-facing conditions including account/user obligations, Code-of-Conduct compliance, prohibited-use consequences, suspension/termination provisions, export controls, sanctions restrictions and privacy/data obligations. No country-by-country Tool availability map is canonicalized.

Corporate Context

AppDirect acquired PartnerStack on 14 April 2026. PartnerStack currently describes itself as an AppDirect company.

The verified evidence does not establish that PartnerStack's product integration into AppDirect is complete, nor that the PartnerStack product or brand has been discontinued. Acquisition ≠ completed integration.

Evidence Notes — Conflicting official information

Current PartnerStack legal documentation contains inconsistent legal-entity references. The opening language of current governing agreements identifies PartnerStack LLC, while definitions within the same current governing agreements refer to PartnerStack Inc.

Historical 2023 PartnerStack governing documents also identify PartnerStack Inc.

AffiliateAct does not infer the exact legal continuity between PartnerStack Inc. and PartnerStack LLC and does not resolve the current documentary inconsistency without authoritative evidence.
