Program overview
The Affiliate Agreement expressly states that the Program is operated by Kit Inc.
The Agreement's effective date of 15 October 2024 is not evidence of the original launch date. It must not be converted into one.
Publisher access
The general Kit blog statement that the program has 'no entry requirements' is not imported as overriding the actual contractual enrollment requirements.
This establishes explicit exclusions/constraints, not a complete positive worldwide eligibility list.
Payment-account verification ≠ canonical KYC regime.
No current numerical traffic threshold is established by the reviewed evidence.
Commissions
Current cohort: referrals made on or after 15 October 2024. The historical 30% / 24-month structure for referrals on or before 14 October 2024 is preserved in the Important context section below and must not be synthesized with this rate into a 30–50% range.
Recurring commissions are conditional, not universal. Affiliates must hold Bronze, Silver or Gold status; qualifying referrals must remain paying beyond 12 months; and the referral-date conditions apply. Recurring = true does not mean every Kit affiliate receives recurring commissions indefinitely.
No canonical commission cap is established by the reviewed evidence. A cap is not inferred from maximum customer plan price, duration of commissions, PartnerStack, status levels or historical commission structures.
Two related but non-identical timing statements are preserved separately. They are not collapsed into '31 days', '30–75 days', '30 days' or any synthetic single universal validation duration. Neither statement is reinterpreted as payments.hold_period.
Tracking
The current Agreement establishes a 90-day Link attribution validity, but does not establish a technically established cookie duration. The 90-day Link validity must not be recharacterized as a cookie duration.
No canonical technical cookie classification is established by the reviewed evidence.
The Affiliate Agreement's general requirement to comply with cross-device privacy principles does not establish Kit cross-device affiliate tracking.
No Program-specific evidence reviewed establishes canonical SubID availability. Generic PartnerStack capabilities are not inherited.
No Program-specific evidence reviewed establishes postback availability. Generic PartnerStack capabilities are not inherited.
Kit developer APIs ≠ Affiliate Program API.
Unique PartnerStack/Kit affiliate links ≠ established deeplinking capability.
Attribution
A purchase occurring more than 90 days after the Link click does not qualify under the standard attribution rule. This is attribution validity, not a cookie duration.
Kit expressly establishes that if a customer clicks Affiliate X's link and subsequently Affiliate Y's link before purchasing, Y receives the Referral and full Affiliate Fee. Referrals/fees are not split. Kit nevertheless reserves discretion to award full or partial referrals in specified education/training/coaching circumstances. That discretionary exception is preserved and must not be removed.
Payments
PartnerStack requires at least $5 in available commission balance for withdrawal according to Kit's current documentation.
The reviewed current sources state different payment timing.
Genuine documentary contradiction preserved per Programs Data Architecture v1.0. Neither date is selected, averaged, or synthesized into 8th–13th. Neither source is privileged. AffiliateAct does not resolve the conflict without sufficient evidence.
Kit explicitly says these are configured through PartnerStack and availability varies by location. Additional methods are not inferred from PartnerStack generally.
Dollar-denominated commissions/threshold do not establish the complete payout-currency set.
The 31-day generation/refund process and broader 30–75-day processing language must not be relabeled as a generic hold period.
Promotional and channel restrictions
PPC is not universally prohibited; the restriction is detailed and bounded.
The Agreement expressly contemplates compliant email campaigns. This is stronger than merely 'spam prohibited'.
Terms and restrictions
The Affiliate Agreement controls over conflicting general Kit Terms for Program matters. S5 establishes the relationship between general Terms and Supplemental Terms; S2 remains the Program-specific legal source.
The structure must not be reduced to 'termination allowed'.
Network / Platform Relationship
Kit explicitly states that its Affiliate Program is powered by PartnerStack, a separate affiliate network/platform. Affiliates use a separate PartnerStack account for links, reporting, commissions and payment configuration. Kit Affiliate Program ≠ PartnerStack generally. Only PartnerStack functionality expressly connected by Kit to this Program may be inherited.
Important context
Material boundaries preserved from the canonical factual record.
Current and historical commission cohorts
Current cohort: referrals made on or after 15 October 2024 → 50% for 12 months.
Historical cohort: referrals made on or before 14 October 2024 → 30% for 24 months.
The historical cohort is preserved as evidence context because existing legacy referrals can still be governed by it, but it does not contaminate the current headline rate. No synthetic 30–50% range is constructed. The current public page and August 2026 commission FAQ both reinforce the 50%-for-12-month current structure.
Payment schedule — reviewed sources differ
Current operational source (Help Center FAQ, August 2026): Commissions are reviewed at the beginning of the following month and become withdrawable around the 13th if approved.
Affiliate Agreement: Typical approval by the 7th and availability for withdrawal on the 8th, with a detailed example.
Genuine current documentary inconsistency preserved per Programs Data Architecture v1.0. No date is selected, averaged, or synthesized into 8th–13th. Neither source is privileged. This is the first canonical Program record where CONTRADICTORY is material.
Institutional boundaries
- Kit Affiliate Program ≠ PartnerStack generally. PartnerStack infrastructure does not authorize inheritance of generic PartnerStack capabilities.
- 90-day Link validity ≠ technically established cookie duration.
- Affiliate Link ≠ deeplinking capability.
- Kit developer API ≠ Affiliate API.
- 50% ≠ lifetime recurring commission. The standard current rate is 50% for the first 12 months.
- Recurring = true ≠ recurring for every affiliate. 10% / 15% / 20% post-12-month recurring revenue requires qualifying Status.
- 30% for 24 months ≠ current rate. It applies to the explicitly preserved legacy referral cohort on or before 14 October 2024.
- Paid advertising ≠ prohibited altogether. It is subject to detailed restrictions, and PPC-derived referrals do not count toward Status qualification.
- $5 threshold ≠ payout-currency evidence.
- 31 days ≠ universal payment hold period.
- The legal 7th/8th schedule ≠ the operational approximately-13th schedule. CONTRADICTORY is preserved.
