Program overview
The current Affiliate Agreement expressly identifies the contracting party.
The reviewed current evidence does not establish the original launch date of the Affiliate Program.
Localized Hostinger websites do not establish a canonical Affiliate Program language list.
Publisher access
The Agreement explicitly excludes sanctioned-country/party circumstances, but this does not establish a complete list of all otherwise eligible publisher jurisdictions.
Hostinger requires accurate contact, payment and tax information and may request additional information, but that does not establish a canonical KYC process.
No current numerical traffic threshold is established.
Commissions
The landing page describes commissions as starting at 40% and increasing according to sales volume, while the August 2026 Agreement provides the more granular current contractual structure. These formulations must not be collapsed into a fabricated universal percentage.
The current Agreement explicitly says no commission is granted for renewals or upgrades and generally limits commission to the initial qualifying purchase. This is an affirmative negative finding, not an inference from silence.
This is not a universal Program commission cap. It applies specifically to Revenue Share offers.
The separate current payout help article still refers to the 30-day money-back guarantee for payment issuance. The legally current Agreement, revised August 2026, expressly specifies a 45-day purchase cancellation/refund period for commission crediting. These are not silently collapsed into one duration.
Tier thresholds are not manufactured. Complete current tier structure is not publicly established.
Tracking
The Agreement explicitly states that affiliate sales are tracked using browser cookies and that an existing affiliate cookie is overwritten by a new affiliate cookie. It does not establish first-party/third-party or another canonical technical classification.
No Program-specific evidence reviewed establishes universal cross-device tracking.
No Program-specific evidence reviewed establishes canonical SubID availability.
No Program-specific evidence reviewed establishes postback availability.
Hostinger's product APIs do not establish an Affiliate Program API.
No Program-specific evidence reviewed establishes a canonical deeplinking capability.
Attribution
Tracking duration and attribution rule remain separate fields.
This establishes an overwrite rule consistent with the most recent affiliate referral cookie. Hostinger's actual mechanism is preserved rather than relabeled generically as 'last-click' unless Hostinger itself uses that attribution term.
Payments
USD thresholds do not establish all payout currencies.
This is conditional, not the routine payout hold period.
Promotional and channel restrictions
This does not establish a prohibition on all permission-based email.
S3 recognizes significant social-media presence as an eligible publisher profile, but that does not establish unrestricted social promotion as a standalone universal channel rule.
No Program-specific sub-affiliation rule is established by the reviewed evidence.
No Program-specific toolbar-extension rule is established by the reviewed evidence.
Terms and restrictions
The contractual asymmetry and violation consequences are material and are not simplified to 'termination allowed'.
Network / Platform Relationship
Important context
Material boundaries preserved from the canonical factual record.
Institutional boundaries
- Hostinger Affiliate Program ≠ Hostinger Referral Program. The Referral Program has materially different economics, eligibility and promotional restrictions.
- Hostinger Affiliate Program ≠ Agency Partner Program.
- Hostinger product API ≠ Affiliate API.
- 40% ≠ universal rate for every product.
- 60% AI Builder ≠ standard Program-wide commission.
- $300 cap ≠ universal Program cap. It applies specifically to Revenue Share offers.
- 30-day cookie ≠ 45-day commission validation.
- 45-day validation ≠ 180-day fraud-investigation hold.
- PPC requiring prior approval ≠ absolute prohibition under all circumstances.
- Cashback/coupon requiring approval ≠ universal prohibition.
Current-source consistency
Some older localized Hostinger support content still advertises figures such as up to 60% per sale more generally, while the current English landing page says commissions start at 40%, and the current Affiliate Agreement revised 19 August 2026 gives a more granular product-specific structure: up to 40% for specified products and up to 60% for AI Builder under specific offers. No historical/current synthetic range of 40–60% is constructed. A second discrepancy concerns commission validation/payment timing: the current Agreement specifies a 45-day refund/cancellation condition for commission credit, while the support payout article describes the 30-day money-back guarantee in its payout criteria. Both statements remain bounded to their respective documented functions.
